Urban Media provides digital marketing and performance marketing services for D2C brands, including:

• Analytics and reporting services

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Strategy call fee: ₹999 (100% refundable if not a fit)
• Service fees are due as per the agreed contract terms
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Urban Media or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and marketing data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Urban Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Provide monthly performance reports
• Maintain 99% uptime for our services
• Deliver agreed-upon milestones on time

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and access to our services will be discontinued.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
